About The Free Spirit Coach
Hi, I'm Leanne, The Free Spirit Coach. I help people build a better relationship with alcohol through mindfulness, self-compassion and practical strategies.
After extensive experience working in the National Health Service specialising in alcohol treatment, I discovered my passion for helping people to regain the control that alcohol can take from them. People generally don't set out to have a problem with alcohol and it can often just creep up over time.
I decided to start my coaching and healing business to bring awareness to an issue that often carries a stigma of shame and embarrassment. I want to help you recognise if alcohol is causing problems in any aspect of your life and with my support, help you become empowered to get the life you want and deserve.
Living in Edinburgh with my two cats Echo and Olly, who often feature on my zoom calls (I like to call them my "special guest appearances"), I'm able to connect and help people all over the world. I have a passion for helping people. Whether it's reducing the amount of alcohol or complete sobriety, I am here to work with you to achieve your desired outcome. Through numerous techniques, including coaching, Havening Techniques®, visualisation, NLP and more I love helping people crack the code on why they're drinking and empowering them to have the life they truly dream of.
As a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner, I combine evidence-based approaches with personalised coaching to help you transform your relationship with alcohol. My holistic approach addresses both the emotional and practical aspects of mindful drinking.
Whether you're looking to moderate your drinking, take a break, or simply become more intentional about when and why you drink, I provide the tools, insights and support to help you succeed on your own terms.
